Baked Chickpeas Snack Yummy

Great Weight Watcher Snack, 0 points, but delicious no matter what your plans are.
You can season to your liking with your own seasonings. I am on WW and it makes me feel guilty,
back of my mind I am saying these have got to be fattening. Reminds you of a peanut but better
Heat oven to 400 degrees,
2 Cans of Chick Peas
2 TBls Olive Oil (i used Spray Cooking Oil)
Drain chickpeas and rinse them.
Place on paper towel and let dry
In a bowl mix pea with Olive oil or spray with flavored cooking oil
also add your seasoning and coat with as much flavor as you like.
Place on cookie sheet single layer
Place in oven
Cook 45 to 60 Minute till toasty brown, stir every 15 minutes.
Let cool and eat a great snack.

Smoke Mexican Seasoning
1 Tsp Chipotle Chile pepper ground
1 Tsp grated Lime Zest
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Ground cumin

Indian Seasoning
2 Tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp salt

Italian Herb Seasoning
2 Tsp Italian Seasoning
1/2 Tsp Garlic Salt
