Is Open Door inventory declining? - It doesn't seem that way!

Opendoor inventory is now around 800 active listings. They took 182 off the market to improve the homes and even as those come back on the overall inventory is going down.
We are not seeing any signs of a liquidation of the homes despite their current financial status.
