Chicharron Bean & Cheese Quesadillas

Refried Beans, from 3 cups of Pinto Beans,
550 gr Mozzarella Cheese, shredded,

Spicy Salsa Ingredients:
3 Tomatoes,
2 Jalapeños (halved),
3 Garlic Cloves,
4 Chile de Arblol (dried),
1/2 lg Onion (quartered),
1/4 bunch Cilantro,
2 tbsp EVO Oil,
Salt
