In this episode, Robin discusses: three video series on feeding your family on less than $10 per day. I created a cookbook, well ebook, that I sell on Etsy titled “Souper Meal Ideas for Tight Budgets: Feed yourself and your family for less than $10.00 per day.” I have chosen a breakfast, a lunch, and a dinner recipe which to base the video series on. **Using the oven: I have a vintage oven which uses a standing pilot light. This means the pilot light is always on, there is no igniter. My oven, therefore, stays warm enough to incubate ferments.
