Habits are actions or behaviors that are performed regularly and tend to occur subconsciously. Repetition is important in forming and strengthening habits because it allows the behavior to become ingrained in the brain. When a behavior is repeated frequently, the neural pathways associated with that behavior become reinforced, making it easier for the brain to perform the behavior again in the future. This is why it is said to program the subconscious mind. Once a habit is formed, it can be difficult to break. This is why it's important to be mindful of the habits you form and to make sure they align with your goals and values.
