Lethbridge Mayor Blaine Hyggen was at the Coast Hotel on Thursday morning for his State of the City address. It was put on by the Lethbridge Chamber of Commerce. As BCN’s Micah Quinn explains, Hyggen talked about a wide variety of issues impacting residents here in our city.
