Not every goat that is born on our farm will spend the entirety of his or her days here. Two of our 2022 wethers, Kash and Oscar, are about to move on to their future homes.

We’re thankful to have found a family that will enjoy having our goats. Turns out they’re just getting into the homestead life and have moved from the city onto a few acres and are ready to start taking back control of their food sources. It was exciting meeting someone else who shares our line of thinking and to share a little of our story with them.

We’re absolutely SWAMPED with exciting things happening on the homestead right now and we are doing our best to capture it and share it with you. Meat chickens will be delivered soon (plus more chicken “shenanigans”), our beef steer will be arriving this weekend (fingers crossed), and more baby goats are due any day now!
