Imagine you're at an Applebee's in Syracuse trying to have a nice night out. Yes, Applebee's can be nice. As you're minding your business, a 28-year-old man named Esteban Padron walks in, despite being repeatedly asked to leave on multiple occasions for disorderly behavior. Mr. Padron decides to escalate the situation by grabbing a steak knife on the way out, cutting one of the workers. Unfortunately for this fella, one of the other patrons was armed and ready for action.
