23ABC discusses the debt limit with Rep. Kevin McCarthy

Congressman Kevin McCarthy was back in Bakersfield for the first time since being elected as House Speaker. After holding a meet-and-greet at the Fox Theater he joined 23ABC's Mike Hart and discussed a number of topics. Mike asked him about the debt limit, and if he believes it will further divide parties.
