Ukraine need tanks not for 'offence' but to 'defend'

Ukraine needs tanks “not for offense but to defend”, says Ukrainian MP Kira Rudik.
“We need them for the good cause,” Ms Rudik told commentator Steve Price.
“Peer pressure and the geo-political pressure will help us persuade Germany that no wars were won without tanks.”
