Shoulder Cable Blast | Fitness
The "Shoulder Cable Blast" workout is a high-intensity training routine that targets the shoulders using cable machines. This workout is designed to build strength and definition in the deltoids, as well as improve overall shoulder stability and mobility.
The workout includes exercises such as:
Cable lateral raises: Standing at a cable machine with a low pulley, grasp the handle with an overhand grip and raise your arms out to the side until they are parallel to the ground.
Cable front raises: Standing at a cable machine with a low pulley, grasp the handle with an underhand grip and raise your arms straight out in front of you until they are parallel to the ground.
Cable rear delt flyes: Standing at a cable machine with a high pulley, grasp the handle with an overhand grip and pull it down and behind you, keeping your elbows close to your body.
Cable face pulls: Standing at a cable machine with a high pulley, grasp the handle with an overhand grip and pull it towards your face, squeezing your shoulder blades together at the end of the movement.
