Welcome back to another weekly update with your boy The Real Abhinav. I'm so excited that you're here to watch this video. Last week was a tough one, with many setbacks, but I'm proud to say that I've bounced back and I'm moving forward. My focus word for this year is grit and my other focus statement is taking care of myself. In this video, I'm going to share with you my new workout plan, my meals, and my progress. I'll also give you a couple of quick updates on my journey.

I know that sometimes it can be easy to let negative thoughts and doubt creep in, especially when things get tough. But I want to remind you that you have the power to change your thoughts and overcome any obstacle that comes your way. That's why I've been writing myself affirmations and reading them every morning and night. And I want to share that with you too. Writing your own affirmations and making them specific to your life and situations is the key to making them effective.

I've also been working on my shoulder mobility and core strength, as I realized that those were areas that needed improvement. I've been experimenting with different exercises and finding what works best for me. And I encourage you to do the same. The important thing is to listen to your body and find what works for you.

I've also been making lifestyle changes when it comes to my meals. I've been eating more vegetables and trying to avoid certain foods.

Let me know how you've been doing in the comments!
