In this video, I will guide you through a beautiful mediation I recently learned.
When I do this, I am left feeling grounded, still, calm, and refreshed. It is amazing.

There are many benefits to meditation and we will go deeper into benefits and what they can do for your life and daily lifestyle ( thoughts,emotions)

the second meditation is a mix of an active and rest meditation.
We actively move the body and then we focus this breathing into a deep mediation.

These are my two favorite mediation to go deep.
I am not kidding when I say it changes your life.
