Since I didn't have a plan for Mother's Day, I decided to surprise my wife with a breakfast in bed of New Orleans Beignets. I found out that its her favorite American breakfast meal! Being a Malaysian, it was a tricky process but fortunately Chef Billy Parisi's beignet recipe video helped along the way. Enjoy the video!
