Major summit fails to green light Ukraine tank aid

A major summit of Ukraine's Western allies at Ramstein Air Base in Germany has produced billions of dollars in new equipment and training for Kyiv, but stopped short of a much-anticipated decision to donate German-built Leopard 2 tanks to the conflict. Meanwhile, Ukrainian soldiers tell Reuters that their Soviet-era tanks are like "coffins." Matthew Larotonda reports.
