Think about this, you can’t know what you don’t know. A lot of times looking back to mistakes we have made we just didn’t know better.

Forgive yourself for those mistakes and look for healing with Jesus and in therapy. Seeking out a great Catholic Therapist and truly understanding and learning are transformative. Sometimes we just need to go back into those wounds and invite Jesus in to heal them and forgive.

Focus forward with this new understanding and use the knowledge to think about what can be done to be better and better your relationships.

If you are struggling with mistakes made and sins, bring it to confession. It is so powerful to meet God and reconcile and ask him for forgiveness.

Pray for those who hurt you as it is freeing, and Jesus’ will set you free.
