Motoamanuma Inari Shrine This is a sanctuary that I stumbled upon while wandering around the area.
The shrine is so small that the letters on the torii gate are blurred and the name of the deity is barely recognizable from the sign on the shrine.
The space is so clean and neat that you can tell the locals cherish it.
I feel grateful that this place has been kept alive.

Neighborhood Introduction
2-minute walk from Motoamanuma Inari Shrine, a Shinto shrine dedicated to the Tokugawa family that was taken over from Sanno Hie Shrine.
3 minutes on foot - Sarutahiko Shrine, a small sanctuary in a residential area
6-minute walk from Amanuma Kumano Shrine, a sanctuary of purity that makes you want to stay here forever
9 minutes on foot to Amanuma Hachiman Shrine, the town's guardian deity
11 minutes on foot to Benten Shrine at Benten Pond in Amanuma
18-minute walk - Asagaya Shinmei-gu Shrine, the sacred body of Ise Jingu Shrine
18-minute walk from Ogikubo Hakusan Shrine, the god of Kaga and the god of teeth in Tokyo
25 min. on foot to Ogikubo Hachiman Shrine, where the sacred tree of Ota Doukan still remains
25 min. on foot to Narumune-Suga Shrine, a sanctuary where you can be healed by a suikinkutsu (water koto cave)
28 minutes on foot to Mabashi Inari Shrine, a graceful Inari shrine with the tactical name of Ota Dokan
