Minute PRAYER. Peace and Comfort in Times of Trouble 2023

"Dear Lord our Father, I come to you today with a heavy heart. I am burdened with worries and fears, and I need your peace and comfort.

I know that you are sovereign and good, and I trust that you have a plan for my life. Help me to release my anxieties and fears to you, and to trust in your love and care for me.

Give me the grace to find rest in your presence and to know that you are always with me. I pray that your peace, which surpasses all understanding, would guard my heart and mind in Christ Jesus.

I also ask for your comfort in times of sorrow, pain and grief. Be with me and guide me through the storms of life. Help me to find hope and healing in you and to trust that you are always working for my good.

I thank you for your love and faithfulness, and for the peace and comfort that you provide. In Jesus' name, Amen."
