My client is one of UK’s leading health companies looking for a Call Handler to join their team.

The role is mainly home based, working from their head office 1 day a week.

Call Handler

The main role of a call handler will be to answer incoming calls and to convert sales.

Job Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming calls (~10-15 per hour).

• To reach conversion rate goals / target set.

• To have a good knowledge of the services we offer & to know where to find this information.

• To communicate across the teams as well as with doctors and other departments.

• To deal with incoming complaints & follow complaints procedure.

• Booking patients in & take payments over the phone.

• Feedback common call themes and suggest improvements.

• Complete call handling wrap up activities (organising referrals, enquiring with doctors, requesting prescriptions etc)

• To be proactive and follow up on tasks from phone calls as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Applicant Requirements:

• Experience in a call centre setting – answering calls, handling enquires, logging call outcomes in contact management system, completing required call admin.

• Must be well spoken and confident on the phone.

• To be proactive and work well independently.

Fulltime – Mon – Fri
