One group of vigilantes, La Sombra Negra ("The Black Shadow") has been resurrected from its dark past in the Salvadoran Civil War, now with a new mission. To hunt down the violent gangs of MS13 and 18th St infecting the streets and causing undue fear among the county's populace.
