Snow Shoveling, Cardiac Arrest

My neighbor was taken away today by ambulance. I asked one of the paramedics if everything was ok? He said it's very common to have heart attacks shoveling snow. Thing is, he wasn't shoveling snow, he was in sandals, shorts and a t-shirt. His mother shoveled the snow this morning.
