4 tbsp. l sugar
8g of vanilla sugar
a pinch of salt
2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
2 tsp. lemon zest
1/4 tsp of cinnamon
150g sifted flour
8g of baking powder
30g butter for greasing the pan.
