#shorts Neapolitan Pizza Recipe:
710 gram tipo 00 flour
460ml water
21 grams salt
1 gram dry yeast
Olive oil
add salt into water and mix until diluted
put a handful of flour into water and mix (as a barrier for the yeast)
add in the yeast
add in rest of the flour and mix
knead into a large ball
-place into an oiled bowl. Brush oil over it also
cover and let rise for 2 hours
remove and cut into 4 parts
knead and put in a tray that has been oiled or floured
let rise for 4-6 hours
dough is ready to make pizza
make dough into pizza base
pour tomato sauce over it
add mozzarella cheese and basil
bake on highest setting of your over for 6-10 mins (keep an eye on it and turn it around half way)
