aged cheeses
processed meats
alcohol of any kind (red wine especially)
avocados
dried fruits
fish and seafood
fermented beverages (kombucha)
ketchup
pineapple
soy sauce
liquid aminos
tea (black/green/white)
tomatoes
vinegar
yeast products
fermented dairy (yogurt, kefir, sour cream, buttermilk, ricotta cheese)
pickles
fermented veggies (kimchi, Sauerkraut, natto, miso)
spoiled foods / leftovers

Histamine Releasing Foods:
chocolate / cocoa
bananas
citrus fruits (oranges, limes, lemons)
eggs whites
legumes
licorice
nuts
papaya
pineapple
pork
spinach (when boiled)
strawberries
