In Part II of this educational interview, Haddock details the history in America behind the change in money; how the money was stripped of it's asset backing, why this was done and by who? This includes information on a rarely mentioned document called The Necessities and Causes of Taking Up Arms in 1775, parallel to the Declaration of Independence in 1776. Haddock describes how one must read the two documents together to really understand the depth of the grievances which the Framers of the United States and Constitution had with the Crown. Haddock also lays out the significance of government "officers" taking their Oaths of Office; what that means and how and why it is that police officers, for example, among other government officers, take their Oaths incorrectly.
