was passed out of the Arkansas Senate Committee on State, County, and Government affairs by voice vote. Thursday, January 19th in the year of our Lord 2023.

Several leftist activists spoke against the bill, while Arkansas Family Council spoke in favor of the legislation. A rally for School Choice took place at the same time.
