Orem Cop Rajwinder Kaur refuses to investigate a violent felon in her town making threats.

I Tried to report a crime in the city about a felon named Michael Lee Ermer threatening me across state lines and encouraging people to come and kill me. He even payed 1000.00 to find me. He then collected 6700.00 to come to me and kill me. He is recruiting and paying people to do this while calling me a Predophile and a Convict when I am not. This is against state law 76-9-404
Officer Kaur was extremely rude and accusatory. She wanted me to tell her WHY Michael Lee the Stalker is stalking me. I told her I did not know and she called accused me of being dishonest.
She tried to get out of going and investigating and tried to turn me into aggressor because I don't know why this guy is a felon in Utah and why he has past electronic harrassment charges and Domestic Violence and Violation of Protective orders. I simply can not read the mans mind and do not know.
She wanted me to tell her every email or screen name I have which is more than 50 and then said if I couldn't do that, don't call back or she have me arrested in my own home for electronic harrassment.
