How-to make amazing and fluffy bread in your bread maker / bread machine.

At first I was trying to make bread according to the recipes in the booklet that came with my Zojirushi Bread Machine and I was disappointed every time. After hunting around and experimenting, this was the best recipe I found.

Also, I have recently moved to a high altitude location, and have not had to adjust this recipe at all.
