Hey everyone, welcome to Unique UX!
I'm Kyle, your certified user experience guide, and In this video, we'll break down five chatGPT input types.
These seven input types are like the secret sauce that will make your ChatGPT outputs 10x more productive, useful, and specific. Now let's define these input types as they relate to ChatGPT.
Prompt Input: is the primary input provided to the model, and serves as the most specific task that the model is supposed to perform. By the way, I have an article I wrote linked in the description that goes over the difference between a prompt and an input.
Initial Input: This is the first input provided to the model, and it serves as a starting point for the model's output. This input can be a simple text prompt or a more complex query, depending on the task.
Revise Input: This type of input is used to make changes or corrections to the model's previous output. It can be used to provide additional information or to clarify ambiguous parts of the output.
Goal Input: This type of input is used to specify the desired outcome or goal of the task, such as generating a certain type of text or answering a specific question.
Example Input: This type of input is used to provide example or sample data to the model, which can be used to guide the model's output and make it more consistent with a specific style or format.
Sentiment Input: This type of input is used to provide information about the sentiment or emotional tone of the input text, This can be useful for tasks such as sentiment analysis, Opinion mining, and emotion recognition.
Constraints Input: This type of input is used to provide specific constraints or rules that the model should follow when generating its output. For example, if generating a text, it could be the length, or if generating a dialogue, it could be the persona.
Feedback Input: This type of input is used to provide feedback or evaluation data to the model, which can be used to improve its performance over time.
Adversarial Input: This type of input is used to test the model's robustness by providing it with inputs that are designed to be difficult or misleading.
