Leg day can suck. But it doesn't have to. Change it up with this workout that is all dumbbell based, and will work your legs in a different way than the typical squat and deadlift, while still hitting all major leg muscles.

The leg day workout is so easy and a lot more fun with these dumbbell moves I created – no boring squats here! I try to keep my leg days light and fun. When you have to do a lot of reps for a specific muscle group, things can get tedious, so why not spice it up with some unconventional exercises that help you work different muscles.
