This week I made a little creation for a family friend- as simple and basic as it gets, just a sweet white chocolate ganache drip design with yellow buttercream :) super duper simple and easy to replicate. We found the pineapple shaped lollies within a mixed party bag of Allen’s lollies (I stood there in Coles for 15 minutes, comparing each lollies packet and counting how many pineapples I could see in each bag. The most I counted was 9, that was the clear winner… Does anyone else do this when they need to find specific shaped lollies in a mixed shaped lollie bag? Haha!)

(Bakels is a bakery grade cake premix. Another great one is Allied Mills)
