Here "MERS", the "Electronic Agent" creates the "FALSE Intangible Electronic Record"/"eNOTE" by REMOVING the SECOND Page of the Tangible Wet-Ink Signed PAPER Note and ADDING an ALLONGE as the THIRD PAGE to create the fabricated "Intangible FALSE ELECTRONIC RECORD" by the "Electronic Agent", "MERS" in Violation of the E-Sign ACT. This THEFT of Mortgagors" Identities DEFRAUDS BOTH the Original Lender, Wyler Mortgage Group, LLC and its purported "Mortgagors". Tax Evasion has been perpetrated by this "Failed Security". In Michigan, a Promissory Note CANNOT be transferred by a "Photo Copy" of the Original NOTE and an "Allonge" cannot TRANSFER a "Promissory Note". "Shaya v Karim".
