🖐Hi, team! I recently got sick with coronovirus and I want to share with you the first active workout after the illness.💪😊
Of course, after the illness, I returned to the load gradually, doing calm workouts, stretching. 🧘♀️ And when I felt completely healthy and full of energy, I returned to active training! 🥰🤸♀️
Today we will do an intense workout for the whole body. It will be without jumps, without stress on the knees and without equipment.
Workout Plan:
➡️ WARM UP - 00:10 - 03:20
➡️ WORKOUT - 03:21 - 15:28
✅ 12 Excercises
✅ 50 sec. WORK
✅ 10 sec. REST
✅ No Equipment
