THE 25TH ANNUAL AWARDS HONORED SEVERAL OF THE AREA'S LEGIONS AND ONE YOUTH WHO HAS DONE MANY GOOD THINGS IN THE COMMUNITY. THE LIST OF HONOREES ARE DR. MARCIA STURDIVANT PRESIDENT AND CEO OF NEED, JUDGE KIMBERLY CLARK HEAD JUDGE OF ALLEGHENY COUNTY COURT OF COMMON PLEAS, TIM STEVENS FOUNDER OF B-PEP, DR.CYRIL H. WECHT, M.D., J.D. AN AMERICAN FORENSIC PATHOLOGIST IN ALLEGHENY COUNTY, THE YOUTH HONOREE IS SERENA TAYLOR CURRENTLY A FAIRMONT STATE UNIVERSITY STUDENT STUDYING FORENSIC SCIENCE.
