5 MIN WORKOUT For Strong BACK
Hello, friends! I want to show you the top of my favorite exercises for strengthening the back.🤗
You don't need a gym to tone and strengthen your back! Here is a 5 min at home, low impact back workout which will work your upper, medium and lower back!
Workout plan:
✅ 5 Exercises
✅ 30 sec. WORK
✅ NO REST
✅ No Equipment
Do each exercise calmly, tensely, thinking about the muscle that you are tense.
Only 5 minutes of work. I'm sure you can do it! 🌿
Listen to the timer, look at the hints and remember that the main thing is not the quantity of repetitions, but their quality! Good luck! 😉⭐
