Make Breakfast for Under $4.00 - Souper Scramble

Taken from recipes in my new e-book, "Souper Meal Ideas for Tight Budgets," this filling and delicious breakfast is perfect for anyone who needs to feed a family when on an extremely tight budget.

The recipe for Souper Scramble:
Serves 4-6
Ready in 20 minutes

2 tablespoons butter
1 can of your choice condensed cheese soup, condensed cream of chicken soup, condensed cream of mushroom soup, or condensed cream of celery soup.
8 eggs, beaten
Salt and pepper to taste.

Melt butter in heavy skillet.
Mix soup, eggs, salt, and pepper in bowl, or measuring cup
Add mix to skillet.
Cook over low to medium heat until cooked, stirring gently.
Serve with toast, and breakfast meat.

**Using the oven: I have a vintage oven which uses a standing pilot light. This means the pilot light is always on, there is no igniter. My oven, therefore, stays warm enough to incubate ferments.
