Sicario (2015) -At the Border

The Sicario border scene is one of the most realistic shootouts ever. Yes, the best shootouts are completely dominated by the highly trained pros. Can anyone explain why these highly trained pros didn't have read security though? Except for hand wringing Emily Blunt sitting in the back seat. As always I recommend this movie highly, Del Toro's character development is AWESOME.
