In this video, I show you a great upper body workout that requires no equipment and that is really good for people who don't like push-ups. I show you a circuit routine for your upper body and some bonus lower-body exercises! Following the same outline as Monday's chest/triceps workout and Wednesday's back/biceps workout, this routine will help you shape and sculpt your shoulders, biceps, and triceps in a short amount of time. If you're looking for more of a challenge, increase the weight, or aim to get all your reps in!

This workout doesn't require a gym but does require some equipment (and maybe a little frustration on your behalf.)
