Bob Chiaradio questions Westerly, RI School Superintendent Garceau’s contract allowing for reimbursement of reasonable expenditures in the execution of his duties. The larger problem comes to light that no receipts appear to have been submitted or required for those out of pocket expenses. From 2018 to present, there’s an approximate $12.4K of reimbursements for expenses without a single receipt show those out of pocket payments.
