রাজবাড়ীর গোয়ালন্দ উপজেলার দৌলতদিয়ায় ৪৫০ জন যৌনকর্মীর স্বাস্থ্য পরীক্ষা ও বিনামূল্যে ঔষধ বিতরণ করা হয়েছে, সেই সাথে ১৫০০ যৌনকর্মী ও ১০০ দুস্থ মানুষের মাঝে শীত বস্ত্র বিতরণ করা হয়। বাংলাদেশ পুলিশের অতিরিক্ত আইজিপি হাবিবুর রহমানের প্রতিষ্ঠিত সমাজসেবামূলক সংগঠন উত্তরণ ফাউন্ডেশনের উদ্যোগে যৌনপল্লীতে ১৬ জানুয়ারি দিনব্যাপী, এ চিকিৎসা সেবা ও শীতবস্ত্র বিতরণ কর্মসূচি অনুষ্ঠিত হয়।
