MWII be stopping my movements some times and this is what happens

it could be my stick drift issue but it happens on brand new controller sometimes too and ive tried messing with ads speeds deadzones and even changing aim assist types if anyone has solution to this or has similar issues be sure to drop em down in the comments appreciate yall for watching and have a blessed night/day because its 12am for me but its 9pm on the west coast
