The comparison to Snapdragon is obvious. The Winter-Mint version's stats are identical to its warmer counterpart, but with the chilling effect.

Bottom Line:
Cold Snapdragon is definitely an upgrade over Snapdragon. Cold Snapdragon is not a bad plant per se. It fills that need - a short range plant that belongs on the front line. The problem with this plant is that there are better options; especially if one has plenty of seedium plants. If one is new to the game, Cold Snapdragon will make going through the adventure much easier. If one has a multitude of plants, Cold Snapdragon will get lost trying to find a role.
