Afghanistan SUPERCAR - MADA 9

A video of a supercar from Afghanistan went viral over the weekend after authorities in the country unveiled a 'supercar' and a bold plan to revive the struggling economy.
Mada 9 is Afghanistan’s very first supercar, which has been in development for five years now at the country’s Navavari Center of Technical and Vocational Education.
A prototype already exists, made from lightweight composite materials and a tubular frame chassis as well as an F1-style pushrod suspension.
The footage shows slimline LED lighting front and rear, large wheels (which look like Lorinser RS8) and integrated aerodynamic elements, including a huge front wing.
Engine specs have not yet been revealed, although we expect those numbers to be coming in soon as the Mada 9 concept is set to be showcased in Qatar later this month.
For now there is little additional information – such as where in Afghanistan it would be built and how many are planned for production.
