Acts 17 The First Missionary Journey: Iconium, Lystra, Derbe Acts 14:1-28

Hi SBC Family Near and Far,

We're going to finish Paul's First Missionary Journey tonight! That means next time we meet for Galatians. Several details of Paul's movements in Acts 9-14 are described in Galatians 1-2, so it will help us re-visit and see the timeline in Acts 9-14 as we get into Galatians 1-2. Also keep handy the Chronology of Paul's Life that I've emailed to you a couple of times. I can always send it again just in case. For those of you who are getting into this, I think it's going to help put Paul's epistles in place for you. They're not easy material. Even Peter said that Paul wrote many things hard to understand. If it was hard for Peter, you may feel totally helpless! I have felt that way many times, so don't feel like you're all alone or the only one who has questions. We will work through it all and I think it will make sense. I think you'll have a clearer picture.
