Daily Chess play - 1288 - Still having problems defending my castled King and Time management

Summary:
First game, I had a free Knight but I traded Queens instead. Got a little hairy at the end but opponent ran out of time.

Second game, Opponent kept destroying my structure so in mid game my pawns weren't very useful. I managed to get a slight Rook advantage but I couldnt take full advantage. Lost on time but I probably lost. Not sure if I have a chance.

Overall, need to work on defense of King and managing time. I lose on time too often. Thanks for watching. Please Like and Subscribe.
