BFGC - Jan 15, 2023 Prayers of The Children

When a person accepts Yeshua and His free offer of Redemption for their sins, they immediately become justified by faith and are adopted into the family of Yehovah. People who are not born again and do not have the Holy Spirit active in their life are not called the Children of God. Satan wants everyone to think they are the Children of God by default, when they are not. It is easy to question and blame Yehovah for all the bad stuff happening in the world today, if a person thinks God is allowing wickedness to afflict His Children. As Children of Yehovah, that are filled with and are led by the Holy Spirit, our prayers should not sound like the dead, religious, prayers of those without a relationship with God. We can call upon our Heavenly Father and He has promised to hear us. We can invoke the name of Yeshua as our mediator and know that He is helping and praying on our behalf. Stay away from vain babbling and memorized prayers and just pour out your heart to your Heavenly Abba and know that He is listening for the cries of His Own!
