Speed Up Your Hearing? Waiving your 75 Day Hearing Notice Rights - Sometimes A Good Idea!

Social Security Disability and SSI Claimants who have appealed for an ALJ Hearing have a right to 75 Days Notice of the scheduled date. So when your Hearing is scheduled by the scheduler, it is set for at least 75 days in the future. You CAN waive that 75 days. Not something normally wanted, because if you are properly working up your own case, you NEED that 75 days (and then some!) but there are times when your case IS ready, evidence-wise, and you know you have no scheduling issues where you won't be able to make the hearing. Waiving may be something you want. Take a listen and learn how.
