Slow Cooker Mediterranean Beef Stew

Ingredients:

1 lb. Beef Stew Meat
2 Zucchini
2 14.5 oz. cans of Diced Tomatoes
1 tsp. Black Pepper
1 Cinnamon Stick
Salt (to taste)

Instructions:

Cut zucchini into small chunks and add to slow cooker.
Cut beef into bite-size chunks and add to slow cooker.
Add tomatoes, pepper, and cinnamon stick.
Cook on High for 5 hours, or Low for 7 hours.
