Taco Rice

A delicious taco-like dish!

Ingredients:

1 lb. Ground Beef
1 1 oz. packet Taco Seasoning
1 cup Salsa
1 1/2 cups Water
1 1/2 cups Instant Rice
1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 cup Shredded Lettuce
1 Tomato (diced)

Instructions:

Brown beef and drain.
Add taco seasoning, salsa, and water and bring to a boil.
Add rice. Remove from heat, cover, and allow to sit for 10 minutes to cook rice.
Add toppings and serve.
