Picante Chicken

Let's add some spice to that ordinary chicken!

Ingredients:

6 Thinly Sliced Chicken Breasts
1/3 cup Light Brown Sugar
2 cups Picante Sauce
2 tbsp. Honey Dijon Mustard
1 Bell Pepper (Any Color, Sliced) (optional)

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350º F.
Add chicken and bell pepper to 13 x 9 inch baking dish.
In a small bowl, combine sugar, sauce, and mustard and pour over chicken.
Bake for 1 hour.
